Local jeweler Darin Goodale's arraignment for his November arrest continued so he can retain a private attorney
Arraignment was scheduled this afternoon for local jeweler James Darin Goodale. Goodale was arrested on November 23.
Goodale was in court with his parents today. Mr. David Celli made a "special appearance" with Goodale and told Visiting Judge David Devore that Goodale contacted "our office this morning" and requested arraignment be continued two weeks for confirmation of counsel.
Arraignment was continued to January 18 at 1:30.
The charge is an alleged violation of VC 2800.2 (a).
