(from January 9 court calendar)
The sentencing was continued for the third time from 1/9 to 1/11.
On January 9, though because her Deputy Public Defender, Ms. Brie Bennett, is sick.
Given the probation errors in the past and the outcome of the final sentence to be decided after attorney arguments, this one continuance that is really good cause. Ms. Bennett asked for a "drug court analysis" to see if Yocum would be a good candidate.
