"I want to talk to God", the Adrianne Murphy sequel today included cuffs, confessions and admonishing another Judge

Further arraignment was scheduled today for Adrianne Murphy. She is the female inmate who questioned Judge Timothy Canning's qualifications as a Judge and wanted a deal without admitting to everything alleged in the petition filed for violation of probation. She is on a no bail status.

The irony that in the 2019 case on calendar today, one count was for violation of probation. She entered a plea in that case and was sentenced in October. Count 1 involved the Shell Gas station on Broadway.

Today, Murphy was escorted into the courtroom by three bailiffs with her hands cuffed behind her back.
The fourth bailiff in the courtroom also kept an eye on her but there was no stopping Murphy.

She also chastised Judge Lawrence Killoran, "It's Adrianne."

Deputy Conflict Counsel Owen Tipps  asked the Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler if they were going to file new charges. After that he went over to tell Murphy and tried to complete her arraignment, Murphy interrupted him, "Is this an actual Judge? A magistrate?"

"What new charges? There are a lot of allegations. I was not intoxicated. I am not using. There are a lot of Adriannes" She then said something to the effect that it could be any other Adrienne.

Then regarding her no bail status, she said to Mr. Tipps, "So I just sit in jail?"

"Is the offer from yesterday on the table?" because she wanted to take it. I gather that particular ship has sailed from her reaction.

At this point Mr. Tipps told her that he was going to complete arraignment, an attorney could discuss her options and that the next court date was intervention.

Murphy did not like that so she went on a rant about EPD and no one taking photos and that the jail had not let her use the phone once.  Mr. Tipps kept trying to tell her that an attorney would come see her in jail.

Murphy then claimed she was done with court . "I want to talk to God."

Mr. Tipps entered a denial to the petition and asked dates be set. VOP intervention is scheduled for March 26.; the VOP hearing April 1.

"I don't think there needs to be an intervention. I am of sound mind. Whatever he is entering is not of my consent."

Murphy, exit stage right.
