Arraignment on information was scheduled for convicted felon Robert Cullen on March 16.
Mr. Michael Acosta is Cullen's attorney. Cullen was not held to answer to all charges after the preliminary hearing.
The charges for the jury trial are listed below. Trial confirmation is on April 20.; jury trial on May 4. Mr. Acosta plans to file a 995 regarding the assault charge.
