While you celebrate, HCSO and EPD deal with naked man at BLC gas station, drunk underage kids and possible robbery in just two hours

While some enjoy a quiet New Year's Eve, others celebrating, HCSO and EPD are dealing with a typical Humboldt shift.

So far, Old Town is surprisingly quieter than a typical Arts Alive, however the same mix of people are out and about. Some  celebrating but the usual drunks, the "cars that case the streets" and rowdy kids are making their presence known.

It is a beautiful, cool Humboldt night to bring in 2018. Stay safe and the best to you in this New Year.

Let's see if any of the scanner logs below pan out to arrests or accurate reports. One reader at Wabash and C did not hear any sirens. Calls regarding shots could be fireworks. Thank you to all law enforcement working tonight.
