The jury trial for Lorence Bailey and Jonah Little, the inmates caught in video is scheduled to start December 4.

Today, at trial assignment, Conflict Counsel Kaleb Cockrum declared a conflict in court, and said they could not represent Little. Public Defender declared a conflict as well. Little would not waive time. The court has to find Little a new attorney, and so the cases got continued to 1:30 today.

Jury trial for December 4 was vacated. Setting scheduled for January 4. Christina Allbright appointed for Little.

  2. Put those career criminals away for at least another 40 years; by that time they will be too
old to be a danger to the community.
