"You got syringe, you got meth" Thank you CSET

Few minutes ago, I came home and heard voices and action near the fence. This is the third time this morning. Am I going to have to call EPD or will they leave?, I wondered.

I saw an EPD officer outside addressing the guy who ducked behind the tree when he saw me pull out my phone. Thank you CSET.

"You got a syringe, you got meth." I let the officer complete what he was doing. No arrest.

After the guy scampered off, I said, " Thank you." The officer said, "you are welcome."

I walked around late morning and 5th and 6th street from H to P were peaceful and clean. Thank you EPD, CSET and all the EPD teams and officers for your hard work every day.

This guy was the third person this morning that hasn't gotten the memo yet that this alley is not a place to shoot up and case for cars and property.

At 7 a.m. I had a woman and two guys who had been trespassing and yelling and fighting since 6 a.m. I finally told her to leave and she did, after verbally spewing.

Same mouthy woman that I have asked not to tresspass three times. She moved, went behind the gas station, finished getting her fix and then told her two cohorts, "let's go home."

4 a.m. this morning I called dispatch. "Ginger" had been wandering all day yesterday and since midnight he had been ranting. Heard two other men fighting for about an hour. Then heard, "I will hit you..." voice trailed off.

Five days of no sleep.
