Would you back this citizen initiative to give local jurisdiction for port related coastal permits?

This following initiative was sent by a local citizen to County Counsel.

This is Humboldt County's Counsel's response to him.

 

Doug McMurray is no longer involved with this initiative. Larry Henderson, who wrote this initiative and has prepared a draft to respond to County Counsel wanted to share this with the public and get feedback.
