Trial confirmation was scheduled this morning for alleged child molestor Chad Smith. Jury trial scheduled for January 22 confirmed. Time estimate, including jury selection is one month. Trial assignment is January 19 at 9:15.
Alleged victims are Smith's stepdaughter and her friend.
Smith's wife, Amy was in court. Divorce proceedings are ongoing in family court.

There have been so many dates that I’ve started using a pencil. Keep us posted on the dates. I will be clearing my calendar for this pompous creep’s trial.
