A pre trial conference for Mario Nunez and Joe Olivio, Jr. was scheduled for today. Trial confirmation is scheduled for January 30. Jury trial is scheduled for February 13.
Dates remain set for now. Jesus Garcia died in December 2014. Four arrests were made in February 2016. One defendant Nicholas Leigl plead guilty. Joe Olivio III's cases are stuck in legalese land. The remaining two defendants are chillin at the Humboldt Hilton.
