"In my house, you have to wash your penis before you go to bed, in my house you go to bed with your penis clean"

Kailan Meserve's wife, Monica Meserve, in her cross examination by Deputy District Attorney Brie Bennett said that her husband left around 1:30 a.m and came back around "3 or 4 a.m". This is the early morning of the alleged sexual asault of Jane Doe #2.

"When he came back, his penis felt weird?" asked Ms. Bennett.

Mrs. Meserve said yes. When asked how, Mrs. Meserve said, "Like it was washed with a different soap."

"In my house, you have to wash your penis before you go to bed," said Mrs. Meserve. "In my house you go to bed with your penis clean whether you have sex or not."

"Did you ask him why his penis smelled of a different soap?" asked Ms. Bennett.

"No," said Mrs. Meserve.

When asked if she discussed the alleged incidents with her husband, Mrs. Meserve looked at him, paused for a second, then responded, "Yes, No. For me I don't want to accept he cheated on me."

Ms. Bennett then asked Mrs. Meserve, "Has he cheated on you with other women?"

"Yes, he cheated on me," said Mrs. Meserve.

"He told you he has cheated on you with Jane Doe #1?" asked Ms. Bennett.

"Yes," said Mrs. Meserve.

"He told you he had cheated on you with Jane Doe #2?" asked Ms. Bennett.

"Yes," said Mrs. Meserve.
