"Due to the delicate nature of this investigation a press release and suspect picture release for this case will be completed at a later time. Additionally, the investigation is ongoing and involves multiple agencies. Each agency has to approve of the press release when the time arrives. "
This is the same David Anderson I covered extensively in 2014 for the human trafficking case that resulted in a plea. That David Anderson's middle name was also Bernard. The date of birth is the same.

DeleteUnknown, feel free to call the CDC and get an answer, calculation of his credits or look up the details of his plea in the local court system. Anonymous commenters who have questions, offer zero financial support and have no clue or don't care about the time it takes to put together one detailed news post, let alone several on a busy news da and busy week (by myself) should not demand answers, especially for free. For four years, most people are grateful for the service I provide. Detailed follow up, explaining the criminal justice system, offering resources and answering questions. Then there are those like you. Had you sent a private email and asked nicely, I would have looked up information when I could or explained to you that time sentenced does not translate to time served and why. You are one of many requests I get and there are only 24 hours in a day. If you or anyone wants one on one time and answers that require extra work on my part, feel free to include a check.
