California teacher arrested after Instagram video surfaces of her "appearing to forcibly" cut a student's hair while singing the national anthem

Science teacher Margaret Gieszinger, 52, of Exeter, California was
arrested on suspicion of felony child endangerment. Her bail was set at $100,000.

The arrest was a result of an Instagram video showeing Giezinger "appearing to forcibly" cut one student's hair, telling others they were next. The teacher sang the National Anthem in the classroom during this incident.

According to ABC7 Bay area, students claimed Geizinger had a similar breakdown on Monday.

Gieszinger's teaching credentials were suspended in 2007 and 201. The reason why was not reported by the Visalia Times but each suspension was for 14 days.
