The D.A. finally received HCSO report on Aguirre. This gives them only a couple hours to review and file charges by today

The D.A.'s office had not received the report from HCSO as of 11 a.m. for Hugo Parral-Aguirre. They did receive it right before lunch. No charges filed yet. They have until 2 p.m. to file a late arraignment.

If Aguirre is not arraigned by today, he will be released from custody.

    This will be good for the DA's credibility-drop this illegal and have him on his OR. You're insane and incompetent if the public would condone this behavior!
