Detective who wrote Ramey warrant believes that bail amount for "Carpathian" is insufficient for public safety; unknown if other children were victims and will be "explored"

"Jane said  John took advantage of her being young and not knowing what was right or wrong."

Jane said the abuse was the worst from ages six to eight, that John was more confident when they were alone and the worst nights were when " John would talk her through it" describing specifics in her CAST interview.

Jane Doe said that "John touched her about three times a week" and the intensity varied depending on whether her mother was around or not.

 "John" would tell Jane Doe he "loved her" as he abused her. Despite it hurting her and her tears,  he did not stop what he was doing.
