Resident at Del Norte and E knew one of the suspects who fled, allegedly told EPD who they are

A concerned citizen who has known the resident for six years contacted me regarding yesterday's explosion at Del Norte and E street. For their privacy and protection, I will not be using either the resident's name or the person who called me.

According to my source, the resident used to rent from Floyd Squires. According to my source, due to some actions on the resident' s part, including failure to pay rent, he got evicted and was homeless for a while. When the resident got housing at this apartment, this citizen was happy to see him get his life back on track. According to my source, the resident is on dialysis.

Now he fears that the resident will be homeless again. According to my source, the resident has told law enforcement who the two men were that asked to use his bathroom. One of the men was an acquaintance of the resident. While the resident was in the kitchen, this alleged explosion occurred in the bathroom.

My source does not want the other tenants to feel they are unsafe and decided to share some information with the community to allay their fears.
