CDCR has no record on murder charges for Jason Warren, transfers him to low security prison and he is due to be released in 2018

Jason Warren who should be spending life at Pelican Bay has been transferred to a lower security prison, Deuel, located in Tracy, California.

According to information, I received, the CDCR has no record of any conviction on murder charges and Warren is due to be released in 2018.

I contacted Dorothy Ulrich's mother, Mrs. Shirley Ortega. She confirmed my information and said she contacted the D.A's office.

I just spoke with D.A. Maggie Fleming and she said that Warren was transported from the Humboldt County jail on one of his cases which was an assault case; the packet for the lifetime case was supposed to follow. So, Warren isn't free yet.

  2. once again, Humboldt County has made another major mistake! I use the term mistake lightly as this is worse than when they let him out on the "cruz waiver" So who is NOT doing their job? who does the filing of all the paper work? is that the court clerk??? who failed to follow up on making sure CDC had all the proper paper work? Thank God for Shirley doing a follow up on where he is otherwise 2018 may have come and he would be walking the streets looking for his next victims! I heard that Jason Warren had made the comment to someone that he would be getting off on this, is this what he meant? does he have someone on the inside to make sure he walks free??? How is it they have no record of the 2 murders and 2 attempted murders that he was just convicted of in December? as Shirley said "why were those papers not stapled to his forehead"???

    2. Thanks John! after a 3 year wait to get to trial, not a one of his victims needs to be worried about another "mistake" being made with regards to him!
