No charges will be filed against former HSU student for alleged rape, No charges in the alleged home invasion and stabbing on 8th and H

District Attorney Maggie Fleming confirmed:
1.      After review of the investigation we did not file charges against Mr. Daudu.

2.  Ryan and John Long-the victim has decided not to prosecute and thus no charges will be filed.
