Woman in Ukiah arrested for alleged domestic violence battery, she allegedly punched her husband in the face
On 02-04-2016 at approximately 9:40 PM a Mendocino County Sheriff's Deputy was on routine patrol when he observed what appeared to be an altercation taking place in the 100 block of Laws Avenue in Ukiah, California.
Deputies contacted a 23 year-old adult male standing on the roadway of Laws Avenue.
Deputies learned the adult male was married to Ermelinda Reyes-Ramos and the couple had been involved in a physical altercation.
During the altercation Reyes-Ramos assaulted the adult male by punching him in the left side of his face, causing a small laceration and redness directly underneath his left eye.
Reyes-Ramos, who was present, was placed under arrest for the charge of felony domestic violence battery.
Reyes-Ramos was booked into the Mendocino County Jail where she was to be held in lieu of $25,000.00 bail.
