PG and E restores power to most customers, estimation time for the remaining 580 will be available shortly

Fifth District Supervisor Ryan Sundberg reached out to PG and E to get information on power outages and estimated restoration time. This is what PG and E sent him.

We are currently experiencing gusty winds and our crews have removed several tree branches from power lines in the area.  While many customers have been restored, as of 3:30pm approximately 580 in the area remain without power.  We have multiple resources working to restore those remaining customers as soon as possible.  We will be having a call at 4pm & if applicable I will let you know the estimated restoration time after that call.

As of 4 p.m. four crews still working on the remaining 580 customers affected in the Arcata, Blue Lake and Mckinleyville areas, no restoration time yet.
