Dismissal of Security National v Grushkin case, parties reach settlement

A tort lawsuit had been filed by Security National against a former employee, Allan D. Grushkin.

At the last court hearing, the defense filed an anti slapp motion. Arguments on the motion were not heard since a Visiting Judge was in town and both parties wanted Judge Dale Reinholtsen who was familiar with the case. A date was scheduled for today.

Today's case management conference and future dates were vacated because the defense for Grushkin filed for settlement in the matter, the plaintiff's attorney confirmed that parties had arrived at a settlement..

Matter will be dismissed on April 1.
