Weigh in on the City of Eureka's vacation rental ordinance

The public is invited to attend a Study Session with the City of Eureka Planning
Commission to discuss the City’s draft Vacation Dwelling Unit Ordinance on February
22, 2016, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber at Eureka City Hall.
A draft ordinance was presented to the Planning Commission on February 8, 2016.
Following the study session, the tentative schedule is to return to the Planning
Commission with the revised draft ordinance at a public hearing on March 14, 2016, and
then proceed to Council for introduction and possible adoption in April, 2016.
