Klamath and Trinity Rivers, roads and bridges are only some Humboldt County needs Supervisor Sundberg will focus on in D.C.

Humboldt County Fifth District Supervisor is in Washington D.C. attending the National Association of Counties Legislative Conference.

Supervisor Sundberg told me that some of the topics are: tribal fee to trust, justice and public safety, payment in lieu of Taxes, ACA, substance abuse epidemic, emergency management, innovations in economic diversification, childhood trauma (creating trauma informed counties).

"On Wednesday I will be going to Capital Hill with our Lobbyist Waterman to meet with 7 representatives and 2 Senators. We will be focusing on our County platform, especially talking about the Klamath and Trinity rivers, roads and bridges," said Supervisor Sundberg.
