Loren Wheeler was charged with DUI, hit and run and carrying a loaded firearm in public.
His arraignment was today at 1:29 today in Courtroom 2. Wheeler plead not guilty and entered a time waiver. He is out of custody.
Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin was appointed and appeared with Wheeler at arraignment. Wheeler's case has been moved to early resolution court.
