995 motion to dismiss charges in Jon Goldberg's 2017 case denied

This morning in Courtroom 5, Judge Christopher Wilson denied the defense's 995 motion in the Jon Goldberg 2017 case.

The motion to consolidate the 2016 and 2017 cases will be heard on July 6.

Jon Goldberg's 995 motion for 2017 case continued Friday

Motion to consolidate both of Jon Goldberg's cases and a 995 motion to dismiss both counts in the 2017 were scheduled for June 12 in Courtroom 5.

Continued to Friday until 8:30 a.m. so Judge Christopher Wilson can review the transcript from the preliminary hearing.
