Sheriff Downey is pleased to announce the swearing in of two Hoopa Valley Tribal Police Officers, Angel Yanez and Blake Hostler.
The swearing in of these Officers is part of the memorandum of understanding between the Sheriff's Office and the Hoopa Valley Tribe. These Officers will go through a field training program and participate in quarterly training with the Sheriff's Office.
We look forward to the positive impact these two Officers will have on keeping the peace and public safety in Hoopa Valley.
