Frederick Breckenridge was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday on a bench warrant issued in his 2024 criminal case. Alleged victim is First District Supervisor Rex Bohn.
Breckenridge already has a three year Workplace Violence Restraining Order in a civil case filed against him. Supervisor Bohn is the victim in that case with additional protection for CAO Elishia Hayes and Clerk of the Board Tracy D'Amico. Breckenridge is allowed to attend Board of Supervisor meetings and enter the Courthouse for business. A request by College of the Redwoods for a restraining order against Breckenridge was dismissed.
Breckenridge was arraigned on 11/14. He posted bond for his $25,000 bail and was released from custody on 11/15. Preliminary hearing is on 11/26.
11/26: Defense motion to continue preliminary hearing to 3/7/25 granted.
