Convicted felon held to answer on 19 counts out of 20 charges

 


Convicted felon Daniel Fidler is charged with 20 counts and a special allegation. His preliminary hearing started on 11/7 and concluded on 11/8.

People's witnesses on 11/7 included HCSO, EPD and FPD. Arraignment on information is on 11/25. Court minutes for 11/7 have HCSO Deputy Hal Esget's name spelled incorrectly. Fidler held to answer on all counts except Count 4. Bail status to be addressed at the next hearing.

Retired Judge Christopher Wilson presided over the preliminary hearing. Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Fidler's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Candace Myers is the prosecutor on the case.
