The Measure F campaign just released this official statement following the election results.
There are no specifics provided. Of the 5 lawsuits filed, the "collective voice" and groups have lost one appeal; one is still in the process and three civil cases are open. The fact that the Measure F campaign and allied groups will "continue" their efforts should come as no surprise to people familiar with the people involved and Humboldt politics for decades.
If you want to know who the other "collective voices" are, here is a list from the website on Measure F which includes Costantine's husband, Shane Blackwell and generational families like the Bodes who I have written about and the businesses they own on the blog.

“The collective voice of all supporters of Measure F, who want a vibrant future for our community, will continue our efforts to protect small businesses and support needed family-friendly housing in Eureka. This campaign brought together a broad coalition of people who sincerely believe the City’s plans to eliminate public parking lots will force local businesses to close their doors, cost essential jobs, and harm our historic Old Town and Downtown. We are committed to working with the community on efforts to protect and uplift Eureka’s economic vitality while meeting housing needs.”
