After Eureka Housing for All appeal was dismissed, today a remittitur was issued

 

I last  reported on this appeal filed by Eureka Housing for All on 9/12/24.

Today, a remittitur was issued in the lawsuit filed by Eureka Housing for All against the City of Eureka. A remittitur terminates the Court of Appeal's jurisdiction over a case. There were four lawsuits filed by Citizens for a Better Eureka. I have reported regularly on the appeal in one of those lawsuits. I have checked regularly on the other three CBE lawsuits. There are still no dates or any new filings since withdrawl of preliminary injunction in all three lawsuits.
