Supervisor Natalie Arroyo may have been in Pasadena but her thoughts were with her Humboldt constituents during last week's storm

"California State Association of Counties policy sessions and connecting with my colleagues around the state. The time to talk w/ county folks in other places and hear their approaches to shared challenges is the most valuable aspect. More highlights to come... I do feel very torn being here while Humboldt is going through the ringer but I am determined to make the most of the experience!"
