Ryan Ray resolves DUI case before trial and is placed on probation for three years

 


On 11/20, at trial confirmation, Ryan Ray entered a plea in his DUI case and resolved his case before his jury trial which was scheduled for 12/2. Ray pleaded guilty to Count 1 misdemeanor DUI. Count 2 blood alcohol charge was dismissed. Judge Lawrence Killoran placed Ray on three years probation. Ray was also sentenced to 4 days in jail which was covered by the exact number of custody credits.

Deputy District Attorney Stuart Williams is the prosecutor for this case. Deputy Conflict Counsel Zach Curtis is Ray's attorney.
