Christopher Solis arrested for felony DUI this morning after his red Toyota Tacoma plowed into a crowd striking 9 pedestrians. Some were trapped under his truck. He also hit a tree. The number of people hospitalized was increased to 10 in later media updates. Solis was booked for driving under the influence of drugs.
