HCSO swearing in ceremony at Aquatic Center includes promotions and searing in of new employees

This morning, a swearing in ceremony took place for new HCSO employees. Sgt. Michael Fridley, was promoted to Lieutenant. Most recently, he was in charge of the court bailiffs and HCSO court staff.
