The small area between Courtroom 1 and 2 is packed shoulder to shoulder this morning. Jury selection in an open courtroom starts today. Individual questioning of jurors in a closed courtroom was held until yesterday.
The courtroom has yet to be opened because they are missing a few jurors despite three roll calls since 8:30. Some jurors told court staff that the message machine was not working last evening.
At 9:55, 11 jurors still missing so every one asked to come back tomorrow at 8:30 a.m.
