I have learned through more than one source that Marci Kitchen is the suspect CHP is looking for. She is hiding and only communicating to CHP through her attorney, who I am told is Mr. Benjamin Okin.
She has turned in keys to law enforcement, according to my information.

ReplyDeleteShe ran over her own daughter and her daughter's friend, and I heard didn't even know that is who she had just killed. How tragic. She probably had been drinking as every year, during the Fortuna Rodeo, people get inebriated and some kind of tragedy happens. Such a sad, senseless thing to happen. Please, please people don't drink and drive or play with your phone while driving. Call someone to get a ride or just walk home, if you live close enough. I feel extremely sad about this incident and hope it is a wake-up call for all of us. Peace to both the families involved.

DeleteJohn, to your knowledge has there been some kind of 'Cease & Desist' order to the media regarding this story? If there was one, would be able to say? It seems odd that there has been no follow-up and zero information from LEO for the last few days. TIA
ReplyDeleteThere is no gag order because there is no criminal case filed, yet. I called CHP today and did a brief update. I am working on this non stop myself, every day, and will keep you updated.
