Christopher Mellon and Violet Shooting Star Moon are scheduled to be arraigned late this afternoon but it could be earlier. This is for incidents on November 3 and 4.
I already reported on Mellon's arrest. Moon was arrested by APD on November 4.
Mellon and Moon's combined charges are 10 counts. Count 6 charges both with harboring, concealing and aiding Tyler Colegrove. The complaint is charges merged from HCSO and APD investigations.
I will add the detailed complaint, attorney and date information later in the post.
There are other cases on today and this afternoon also of interest. I am not rushing details with the Humboldt criminals on steroids just with the recent shootings clogging up law enforcement, courts and my schedule. Expect multiple conflicts of interest with the repeat offenders involved in addition to other cases and news. This entire week has been ridiculous and you all know why.
Update: Only I was in the courtroom for arraignment. Mellon and Moon had to be told to stand up by the bailiff in court. Mellon had a idgaf look as Retired Humboldt Superior Court Judge Joyce Hinrichs read the charges.
