Today, Blake Reagan resolved his 2026 DUI case at trial confirmation without even being present in court. He entered a plea and sentenced by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Heather Durand. Reagan hired Ms. Kathleen Bryson. The misdemeanor DUI charge was dismissed by Deputy DA Dave Watson. Reagan guilty plea was to possession of open container while driving which is an infraction. He has to pay a $75 court fine.
