When I was walking to the Courthouse this morning on 4th, saw several papers between L and K street. Thought someone dropped court papers. Turns out they are blank forms for incident report from Mother Bernard House which is near 4th and L.
Did not hear any sirens or see an ambulance except on Halloween on 4th street in that area. Given who hangs out in the alley and around Mother Bernard House, now I am curious if something happened or is this just careless littering?
