Just as I thought the TRO requested by airport employee Maegan Masters against Shannon Miranda was denied until the court hearing on 11/18. Having it stated in a court order and why by Humboldt Superior Court Presiding Judge Kelly is stated on page 2 which I will add to the post on the blog. Unless Maegan can meet the requirements by law and has more evidence on 11/18, she is not going to get the restraining order.
