I have covered false imprisonment Troy Frideman's 2024 case from the beginning. When he finally entered a plea again in 2026; the rape charge was dismissed.
Once again, a last minute twist in the case. Sentencing scheduled for today continued by Mendocino Superior Court Judge Victoria Shanahan to 11/13 when the plea could be rejected or Friedman will be sentenced.
