After questioning of individual jurors and rulings on motions in limine by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Kaleb Cockrum, jury selection started on 11/5 in Brian Baldwin's forcible case. He has two other 2026 cases and a 2022 case trailing.
Deputy DA Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor. DA Investigator Tim Marsolan is assigned to this case. Deputy Public Defender Adrian Kamada is Baldwin's attorney.
It has been very busy non stop day with a lot of court cases and I have to update several posts. I will add rulings on motions in limine later which are of interest to specific readers and the legal community from 11/2 and 11/4 after updating other cases.
