One case dismissed against former CalTrans employee David Orluck; preliminary hearing continued in second case

 

I have been the only one covering former CalTrans employee David Orluck's two cases. Today, Orluck's stalking, criminal threats, dissauding a witness case was dismissed by the DA. His criminal threats, domestic violence and false imprisonment preliminary hearing was continued by defense to 12/2. There are no court court minutes for today in either case yet. There is an order regarding the dismissal. Once, I have finished checking on several cases today and following up on other news, more details, the order will be added to this post.
