Sheriff William Honsal speaking at HCSO awards and promotion ceremony which includes recognitions

No other media is here. I got to briefly say hi to Humboldt County Sheriff William Honsal, Undersheriff J.D. Braud and other HCSO top brass. Sheriff Honsal opened his remarks by noting this is National Police week. He spoke about the thin blue line.
