19 year old Mason Vincente Scott Geronimo was arrested by Cal Poly Humboldt Police Department at 3 a.m today for PC 69 resisting an executive officer, PC 1203.2(a)(2) probation violation, PC 241 (c) assault on a police officer, PC 148 (a) (1) resisting arrest and PC 647 (f) public intoxication. Geronimo was arrested by former HCSO Deputy and CPH Officer Joe Conlin. He posted bond.
Geronimo has a DUI case filed 1/22/25. He entered a plea on 4/24/25. A week later and he is already back in custody. He has an Oakland address listed ine court and on the arraignment letter sent to him. He was represented by Janssen Malloy's Mr. Patrik Griego in the DUI case.
If charges are filed in this case, Geronimo better not play the poor college kid routine. He could afford Mr. Griego up to a week ago. Of course in Humboldt, mental health diversion is granted for people who violate multiple court orders, harass or criminal proceedings are suspended.
