Ray Christie's third 2025 lawsuit is an eminent domain case filed by State of California with several codefendants including his wife and PG & E

Saw Ray Christie with two women at 5th Street Starbucks around 4:30 p.m. yesterday. He was signing some papers. I didn't even notice him at first until he said "Hi Jonathan." I wasn't about to correct him about my name. Ray has gained some weight.

I said something like, "What are you doing here? This isn't one of your usual places to hang out. In typical Ray fashion, he quipped, "You know making million dollars."

I recently reported on a Idaho Trucking company suing Ray Christie and him filing for divorce from his wife Jennifer Christie.

Another 2025 case was filed against him on 4/29/25 by the State of California Department of Transportation. It is an eminent domain case. Other defendants are his wife Jennifer Christie, PG & E, Dew Claw LLC, PWM, Inc, Michael Patterson and U.S. Bank National Association. There is a case management conference scheduled in this case for 10/27/25.
