I am covering local court cases right now and there has already been coverage regionally and by LA Times. 

This article is one of the rare ones that has some details. So far, the coverage has been one sided but Lear Management hasn't released even a brief statement. Whether that is Lear's decision or on advice of an attorney, who knows? None of the coverage so far included any court documents.
