Just got an email tip about Joshua Neff "Owner of minor theater arrested for felony domestic violence early Sunday morning." He posted bond.
He was arrested by Arcata Police Department yesterday at 2:23 a.m. for PC 459/461(a) burglary, PC 273.5(a) corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, PC 236 false imprisonment and PC 289(a)(1)(a) forcible sexual penetration with a foreign object.
I received this email on 7/9 from Joe Jones, Chief Information Officer, UpNorth Humboldt.
"Good Morning, I just wanted to let you know that Josh Neff hasn't been associated with UpNorth Distribution or Redwood Coast Resource Management LLC for over 4 years. He has no ownership, employment, or interest in either company. Thank you for your time! Respectfully, Joe."
