"I want her to be in Humboldt County where people know her and she feels like she is in prison"

I just spoke with Chris Marchi, Faith Tsarnas' uncle and brother to Stephanie Baldwin, Faith's mom.

Marci Kitchen will be paroled on August 11, 2020.  Parole reached out to the family.

I was at every hearing, as was Chris. Stephanie does not live locally. I got to know Faith's family well and saw first hand the ordeal they went through for months.

As if killing her daughter wasn't bad enough, Marci Kitchen was placed in a San Diego Reentry program three miles from where Stephanie lives.

Marci Kitchen wanted to be paroled in San Diego where no one knows her.

"I want her to be in Humboldt County where people know her and she feels like she is in prison," Stephanie told Chris.

Stephanie reached out to her siblings in Humboldt to make sure they were okay with Marci Kitchen returning to Humboldt. Chris assured Stephanie her feelings were paramount.

Stephanie has been trying to reach Joe Kitchen, Kiya Kitchen's dad and has been unsuccessful. I just reached out to Joe Kitchen's lawyer and a close friend of his just now.

The CDCR inmate locator gives different information about Marci Kitchen's parole date.
