  1. She does nothing to the criminals. We know she pleads every case down and there are no crooks.
The are catch and release program is for Fish and Game. We need to get tough on criminals to stop these crimes.

    1. You left the exact comment on another post. So here is my response, again.

Anonymous, I think you need to educate yourself and stop blaming the wrong people. Plea deals are a part of the criminal justice system. This DA isn't releasing the criminals, it is Moonbeam and foolish voters that passed Prop 47 and 57 that have created this mess. Either get involved in speaking up and repealing these laws or leave the commenting to those who have a clue about what the problem is and are working on solutions.

  2. If all innocent persons caught up in the involuntary servitude system refused to make a plea or a deal, the system would crash.
If all persons knew that only constitutional bills were allowed to be on ballots, then unconstitutional bills like prop 47 & 57 wouldn't have made it to the ballot. The people were sweet talked into making a plea deal to let the non-criminals out of the system despite the consequences of also allowing real criminals out of the system.
A criminal is anyone who defiles the life, liberty or pursuit of happiness of others. What they do to themselves is up to the individual. If they want to stuff drugs up their own butt, that's their own choice. This does not make them a criminal. However, if they shove them up someone else's butt, they are a criminal in every respect of the word.

I haven't researched for answers to the question I pose, but my question is. Don't towns and or counties have a constitutional duty to nullify unconstitutional laws handed to them via ANY government?
